The South Philadelphia Blocks Association is a not-for-profit corporation serving South Philadelphia from Broad Street west to the Schuylkill River and from South Street to Moore.

Its mission is to uplift the community by empowering block captains to

• clean and beautify their blocks
• work collaboratively with municipal agencies and other community organizations and businesses to help residents improve the quality of their lives
