The 1900 Webster Woodland. Trees planted at curbside include willow, copper beech and linden, while trees further back include several flowering trees. The remnants of raised beds are being reclaimed and informal paths have been reinforced with a layer of woodchips.

The presence of this small woodland influenced the decision to buy in the 1900 block of Catharine Street for at least one new homeowner, and should increase property values in the 1900 blocks of Catharine and Webster Streets. The lots, at 16' x 40', are too small for development, which would in any case have a negative impact on parking on Webster Street.
