Entrance Garden

Notes from Sam's February 4 presentation:
- Entrance garden will consist entirely of cut flowers -- except for a little turf and moss
- Hanging flower meadow -- 20 ft wide x 60 feet deep -- grasses, flowers, and butterflies, 18,000 stems
- Big pop artist flowers inspired by the screened art of Roy Lichtenstein. Bases are painted metal mesh; dried flowers (Valley Forge) create highlights and shadows
- There will be 16' x 9' screens that will run a loop of highlights FTD designers in action and the judging plus other visuals (static or moving) -- screens will not be blank
FTD entries will be in the 23 pods in the seven circular areas in the entrance garden (see diagram above)
